Thank you so much for sharing those beautiful spring pictures. My kiddos were making mud peanuts today and counting the daffodil noses poking out of the flower beds. Spring is coming and we're so ready after 40+ inches of snow in February! I love your blog...so simple and real...and a daily encouragement. Bless you!

So pretty. I just repotted a bunch of my houseplants this weekend. It made me feel spring like. I have Hyacinths blooming on my window sill and in my garage. I love having glass in my garage doors. Lets the light in and my plants still flourish in the winter.

Were you looking out the windows here, you'd be seeing the snow that has been in my yard for a month now, and the ice/dirty snow on the curb where the plows pushed it. You'll see spring long before I do. :(

Thank you for sharing your beautiful photos! I went outside and found a little hyacinth from a winter planting many years ago. Here's a little something to make you feel better about your electric bill..... Ours has a 50% surcharge! yeap! because we live on an island and there are so few accounts here. You're welcome. :)

You should live in the mountains of West Virginia! We have had an old-fashioned winter for sure. The schools in my county have been closed 19-20 days this winter. We are covered with snow and still... it snows today. The flowers are lovely!

OK, no complaining if you actually have green growing outside! We are still absolutely covered in snow and still NO melting!!! we are like the only place in MT that isn't warming up a bit. Every morning I wake to a hoar frost where everything is WHITE. sigh, I think I'm ready for spring. Enjoy those little daffodils!
