Sigh.
Another summer.
Another few months spent playing video games.

And watching television.

Another summer of hearing “there’s nothing to do”.

For goodness sake – can’t these children just learn to entertain THEMSELVES?
I have to do everything around here.

And while we’re at it can we get some personality over here please?

Some expression… something????

Ha ha ha ha …priceless as always Woman ! Great job on the bathing suit too !
Hahaha! I love this post. And your youngest looks good in a green suit! lol
Your CENSORED tricks are great!
I’m so glad I’m not the only one! When my kids have been out in the mud, they have to strip down and be hosed off before they can come in. I always hoped I wasn’t the only mom who had “birthday-suit-clad” children in the summer. Of course, it looks like yours are enjoying the cold hose water!
Oh how I miss those days!!!
Ha, that’s so cute – Avery Ruth is getting so big!!
sigh, those poor kids having no fun :p that green suit is very fashionable
Now, that’s what I’m talkin’ about!! Good ole country growin’ up! I wouldn’t take a million dollars for my memories of growing up rural!
That green suit is classic!! Awesome!
I wish we were already out for summer–here in Richmond we don’t get out til the 18th–way too long to wait. Yet another reason to move to the country. (not that I really needed anymore) Love your blog and photography. Great job!
LOL – Just wanted to let you know that the green bathing suit has been the talk of the “town”. Everyone has loved it!
Hi, Jennifer – I love these pics – and your commentary on them. You poor thing – such “blah” children.
I found your blog through the discussion on Ree’s “Happiness” assignment. Thanks for recommending Photoscape in the discussion.
Glad everyone liked the “suit”!
We have a good time almost ALL the time!
So cute! I can hear the shrill squealing and giggling through your photos! So amazing to me how you capture it all… Goodness summers were fun as a child! I use to love going to my grandmas or cousins on sleepovers. The feeling of being so good and tired at the end of the day after being outside playing like this was the best. Do you remember going back to school and how some had “grown” so much over summer?!?! It was wild!
