The (not so) big, (not so) bad hurricane has done come and done gone and everything is normal around these parts.

The cotton is still on the stalks.
We’re still picking out our own outfits.

My boy still has sense enough to stay out of the rain…

while his sisters have a ball dodging raindrops.

And we’re so thankful that this hurricane was fairly tame and grateful for the rain we received.
I hope all of my friends on the east coast can say the same!

I’m so glad the hurricane didn’t do any damage! Beautiful photos.
I’m glad you didn’t get any of the storm. Hopefully, it’s just bouncing along and won’t do any major damage.
Looks like that tractor the little one is sitting on needs some major tire repair. That’s a really cute picture. Looks just like daddy.
MK looks so cute on the tractor!!!
So glad to hear all is well, I know how scarey these storms can be and the wait and see is very hard. At least you go some rain that is a good thing. have a blessed and happy holiday.
Love the pics and glad you only got much needed rain…just to the west of you, we got nothing. I especially love the picture of your son on the green tractor. My sons had one just like it (handed down to them)…and the baby boy was born with tools in his hands apparently. As a toddler, he was always lying underneath the green tractor, working on some imaginary transmission or axel. When he got a little bigger, the green tractor was usually upside down, with the wheels in the air and him working on some other highly important part of that tractor…oh the memories…:) Thanks. *wiping tears*
Glad ya got some rain, and the hurricane wasn’t too bad! I love the picture of your little boy on the tractor! So cute! I like the picture of all the boots lined up too!
