A storybook session

 

A little bit about today’s post…

I am enthralled by storybook sessions – I stalk the photographers who post them and anxiously await the next session. Most of the time these sessions are for girls though and when my little boy discovered The Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams and asked to read it over and over again, I thought this would be the perfect story for him. And he was so funny doing this… aside from getting play with a real rabbit, he especially loved the part when he was supposed to “play sick”. He really hammed that up. And y’all thought my little girl was the ham in the family…

is it weird that i am SO proud of you!!?! i feel like you stepped outside of your comfort zone and completely rocked this session… all black and white + shadows.. you ROCKED it!!! love it so much!

This is beautiful! I love the story and the way you captured it with your little one! This would make a beautiful album.

What a cool photography session…I’m sure you will have lot’s of folks wanting to duplicate their child’s favorite storybook so be prepared!
Your talent has grown by leaps and bounds in the last few years…you should feel very blessed that you found your niche and are running with it. I am so proud of all your hard work and creativity.
