I received a phone call Friday evening.
Remember the art show I wrote about? It was a show featuring many local artists… and some rural recluse named Me.
Guess what?
They want to throw me my OWN SHOW!
Like any other respected artist I instantly replied, “Can we wait until harvest is over?”
Cool Jennifer, real cool.
So the show is not until March so between now and then you can expect lots of exclamation points just like these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am flat-out super excited. There is no other way to describe it. Silly excited.
As my six year old would say… “Awwwweeeesssssoooooommmmme”
I have so many ideas and plans swirling around in my head.
And of course, I want to hear your advice and suggestions.
Unless of course, your advice is “Please just shut up about it already.”
I don’t want to hear that. Because I’m just too happy right now.
Of course! You deserve your own show…..Now you know you must call on your friends to help you with this event……tell me what you want me to do! We are excited for you…..
I’ve already roped Anna into this, Susie. You know I’m coming after you next!

Your photos do an excellent job of capturing some very special aspects of something that otherwise might be considered ordinary. It’s amazes me how you tell a story by a single photo.
