My studio may be a cornfield or the river or a beautiful flower garden. The sky (literally) is the limit!

I do my best to capture those small details that make our families unique. I strive to capture the same quirky, wonderful, fascinating details in your children that I do in my own.

My goal is to provide you with beautiful portraits for your home and heirlooms for your family. Together we can design a gorgeous hard-cover book or a stunning canvas for your home.
Together we’ll create memories that last for generations!

First things first, right? The prices…

You just want photographs of your family and you don’t want to have to take out a second mortgage to get ‘em. I know. I understand.

Session fee: $75
Your session may be 45 minutes or two hours. No matter what – it’ll be fun. If your session happens to last over two hours, there will be a $15 charge for each additional hour – but I’m flexible – I have a few fussy babies and uncooperative pets of my own!

Package prices: Oh Lordy nooooo. No packages! They drive me bonkers. I promise I won’t make you buy an 8×10 if you don’t want it. All photographs and other products available individually – you only get what you want. Any photo, any size, as many or as few as you want.

Print prices begin at $5.00 for a 5×7.

What to expect during your session…

If you like what you see, contact me to book your appointment. A typical session may last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. A session with me is laid back and relaxed. No posey-posey stuff and coaxing will be minimal as I attempt to capture your family truly being together. I want you and your family to be comfortable and most importantly, I want the shoot to be fun and meaningful for you. The best photos will be captured when you forget I’m even around. I work spontaneously and creatively utilizing everything in my surroundings to make beautiful photos for you to cherish.
Your proofs will be available within two weeks of your session date. The full resolution images – including a release for printing – is available for $75. Ordering is done at your convenience.

My Studio…

The world is my studio! I shoot on location. Your house, a field, the river, an antiques store, a teeball game, a birthday party, a hair salon, “the tunnel” (yes, I’ve shot there – it was awesome), a cool old building, a school function, a boat trip, a nature walk, a county fair, a restaurant…the possibilities are as endless as your imagination. Drag me wherever you want!

Newborns…

If you are expecting and want those adorable photographs of your little one all curled up make your appointment NOW!!!! The absolute best time to photograph newborns is within the first 10 days. Tentatively book your session based on your due date and then confirm it as soon as your little one arrives!

What Should We Wear????
Wear what you truly feel comfortable in and truly represents you as individuals. Don’t try to be too matchy-matchy. If you don’t all normally wear jeans and white t-shirts out to dinner then I don’t recommend it for your family pictures. If your little one has a favorite hat, pair of shoes, or article of clothing that he refuses to take off then by all means, let’s photograph him in it!! Families and children look best in fun bright colors. If you do want to coordinate then all of you should stay in the same color scheme. Try to steer clear of large busy logos.
