I love to capture those small details that make our families unique… like those in-between moments when you don’t even remember I am there – when you and your family are simply being yourselves. To me, that is perfection!

My goal is to provide you with warm, simple, natural images for your home and heirlooms for your family. Together we can design a gorgeous, custom album or a stunning canvas for your wall.

Your custom-photography experience is completely unlike any studio or chain store. It’s laid back, it’s relaxed and there is no hurry. Posing is minimal. I love to capture authentic expressions and natural emotions from you and your family (You won’t hear “say cheeeeeese” out here!). It’s a day in the country – only with a camera! We’re not only creating timeless portraits that will last for generations but you’re creating lasting memories your family will cherish.

Your proofs will be available within two weeks of your session date.

Newborns…

If you are expecting and want those adorable photographs of your little one all curled up make your appointment NOW!!!! The absolute best time to photograph newborns is within the first 10 days. Tentatively book your session based on your due date and then confirm it as soon as your little one arrives!

Simple, natural and sweet is best for your baby’s images rather than restrictive clothing. Think soft swaddling blankets and simple onesies in neutrals that bring the focus to your pure, perfect little one.

My studio is always kept toasty and snug!

What Should We Wear????

This one is easy – really, I promise! Wear what you feel comfortable in. I don’t recommend matching but feel that wearing coordinating colors creates more beautiful, meaningful portraits. Does your little one have a favorite shirt, hat or tutu? Then by all means bring it with you! Please don’t feel that you have to dress in anything other than what you normally wear. Be prepared to get a little dirty and have fun! However, if you want to break out that fabulous dress then don’t let me stop you!

For senior portraits, bring what is important to you. It could be a paintbrush, a football or maybe your car – let’s show off what makes you unique!
